How quickly can the service be setup?
Same day - normally within a couple of hours.
Who will be answering my calls?
A small team of receptionists (normally 3-4) who are based in our offices
in the UK. Our team will get to know you and your callers, resulting in
a highly personal service.
What hours does the service operate?
Monday-Friday, 8:30-18:00.
Can you offer extended hours?
Yes - please contact us for pricing.
Is there a contract?
No, our service operates on a monthly rolling agreement, which you may
cancel by giving just 48 hours notice.
I already have a telephone number, can I continue to use that?
Yes, all you need to do is divert your existing telephone number to
the telephone number we allocate you. You can do this by using "Call Divert"
through your telephone provider.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card payments only. Cheques are not accepted.
What happens if I exceed 30 messages in the month?
When we next invoice you, any additional charges accumulated in the
previous month will be billed for at this point. |
